Ajwain or Carom Seeds is Indian Herb mostly cultivated in Rajasthan and Gujrat.
Nature has given us a variety of ingredients that are used both in our Kitchen as a spice and herb in Ayurveda.
The scientific name of Ajwain is Trachyspermum Ammi and it belongs to the family Apiaceae. The plant is used to be cultivated in different parts of the world in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India.

The plant of Ajwain consist of two usable compound one is leaf and the other is a fruit which is also known as Caron Seeds. The Seeds are used to consume as a stimulant and it has properties like antispasmodic and carminative. This is being used since ancient times for flatulence, atonic dyspepsia, diarrhea, abdominal tumors, abdominal pains, and others.
It poses many important properties like antifungal, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antinociceptive, cytotoxic, hypolipidemic, antispasmodic, diuretic, etc.

To use Ajwain take 2 spoons of Ajwain and mix it with some mustard oil and can apply it to cardboard near your presence.

Ajwain has two different properties which fight arthritis. Ajwain has antibiotic properties that act as the main reason to combat the inflammation and it also has the anesthetic property that can be used for pain and swelling during arthritis.
Used for Cleaning Wounds
Ajwain can also be used as a cleaner for wounds because it has a component called thymol that acts as a strong fungicide and germicide. It also can be used when any body part comes under any wounds or any cuts, can be directly applied.
