Why not eat onions and garlic?
Onions and garlic are important and necessary ingredients for everyday cooking. Both add depth and unique flavor to whatever dish they are added to. For Indian food, onion and garlic are the main ingredients in curry, biryani, kebab, or street food. In addition to enhancing the flavor profile of foods, both vegetables have many health benefits. They lower blood pressure, lower high cholesterol, are natural blood purifiers, have antifungal and antibacterial properties, and act as natural antibiotics.

 Despite the many health benefits, many people avoid eating onions and garlic. Also, many people recommend eating both for a variety of reasons. After all, Ayurveda and several Western studies show that onions and garlic can be unhealthy. This may be true for some, but this article is not intended to promote belief. Also, the reasons for eating onion and garlic (according to Ayurveda) vary from person to person and cannot be generalized.

Pitta contains the properties of the elements fire and water and regulates all metabolic processes in the body, as well as body temperature and hormonal balance. Like other sulfur-rich ingredients, onions and garlic are very hot. They make Pitta worse physically and emotionally. For those suffering from acid reflux, ulcers, colitis, heartburn, inflammatory bowel disease, rashes, or redness. Eating these two will upset your stomach.

The real reason!
Ayurvedic experts suggest that eating onion and garlic induces negative emotions and emotions like anger, aggression, ignorance, lethargy, fear, and increased libido. That is why a meditator or a person who has taken the spiritual path avoids onions and garlic completely.

Also, Lasik foods such as onions and garlic have a negative effect on the mind, distracting, affecting mood, and even destabilizing intelligence. Rajsik food is a mix of spice, spicy and salty.
