India reports a jump of 90% in the daily Covid cases with 2,183 active cases

Kerala sees a spike in deaths when India reported the highest cases in April month. Active cases in India jumped by 90% from the previous day’s record of 2,183 covid cases in a day. 214 deaths have been recorded as per the report of the Health Minister of India.

 Out of 214 deaths, 212 were recorded from Kerala only. The ministry wrote to the state after making such a reckless act of not observing the norms to abstain from the Covid-19 virus.

Ministry said “It has been observed that Kerala has reported its state-level Covid-19 data after a gap of five days. This has impacted and skewed the status of India’s key monitoring indicators like cases, deaths, and positivity. India has reported a 90 percent increase in new cases and 165 increase in positivity in a single day,” Minister said.

In the past recent days, the situation of India seems it is far away from the deadly novel coronavirus. The government also ensured more than 90% vaccination in the country and further, it has delivered the booster dose to the needy people.

The chart of Covid-19 cases varied in just one day after the Nation has reported unexpected positive cases in a single day. The major cases have been found in Haryana, Delhi, and Kerala. Delhi reported 517 positive cases whereas Kerala reported the highest number of Positive cases (940).

The case sees a major growth after the WHO has released a warning alert over a highly transmissible XE variant of which two cases have been reported by government officials from Mumbai and Gujarat.

The experts have also warned the country about losing its grip from precautions like maintaining social distance, wearing face masks, avoiding traveling, and roaming outside the houses. Veteran researchers of pandemics and viruses have warned against letting guards down because of several European nations-including Germany, France, and Italy.

The government has instructed all the test centers to increase the testing and told people to wear a face masks and keep social distancing in the market places.

The state government has taken the rise in Covid cases very seriously and Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have told the people that mask is mandatory in Haryana and 6 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
