Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde, follower of Bala Saheb Thackeray and Hindutva believer, sworn in as the Chief Minister of Mahrashtra.

Uddhav Thackeray, Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Shiv Sena Party leader resigned from his post before the trust vote demanded by Eknath Shinde and rebel MLAs

Eknath Shinde, along with 40 rebel MLA's are against Uddhav Thackeray and his government claiming that they are not leading properly.

Shiv Sena was founded by Bal Thackeray and is now being lead by his Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray, leader of the Yuva Party.
