No one can deny that the current generation is more addicted to sugar than ever before. It is added to almost everything right from tomato sauce, peanut butter and other products. Most folks have gotten used to taking meals and foods that are processed with little or no effort. due to these products, most of the edible products feature added sugar consequently, making up a huge percentage of daily calorie intake.
