बिहार का दुर्भाग्य : जहां कोई अपराधी राज्य का कानून मंत्री होगा, वहां लोग न्याय की उम्मीद कैसे कर सकते हैं? बिहार का भविष्य मर रहा है और बिहार के लोग अपने बच्चों के लिए एक काला भविष्य चुनते हैं। बिहार के भविष्य की हत्या को देखकर मुझे बहुत दुख हुआ है और आखिर में बिहार की बदकिस्मती को बयां करने के लिए मेरे पास शब्द नहीं हैं. बिहार की जनता के हाथ में एक ही सकारात्मक उम्मीद है वो खुद . बिहार में जंगल राज की वापसी में बिहार के लोगो को हार्दिक बधाइयाँ। 

Kartikey Singh who is accused of Kidnapping is considered to be the Law Minister of the state.

Bihar: should I laugh about the future of law and justice in Bihar OR curse Bihar’s luck? I am saying this because Kartikey Singh, Law Minister of Bihar has been accused of the kidnapping case in which the court asked the police to arrest him. After becoming the Law Minister, will anyone have the ability to arrest Kartikey? 

The day when Kartikey was used to appear before the court magistrate he was in his oath ceremony as a law minister and of course, he didn’t go there. Court faced great humiliation but it doesn’t have any option to grab the collar of the accused when the accusation is itself in the legislation.

The news escalated after the turning phase of Bihar politics in which Nitish Kumar and his party Janta Dal (United) separated from the coalition of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state. After the dissolution of JDU, Nitish Kumar joined the hand of Tejashwi Yadav, son of Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Nitish and his party joined the BJP in 2014 and done such dissolution twice. The JDU had done so in a previous time with many parties and now it includes the habit in its blood.

In response, BJP’s Home Minister contacted Nitish Kumar and dialed him and the conversation lasted around seven minutes. Unfortunately, no conclusion comes at the end of the call.

Tejashwi Yadav is now the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar who has several criminal cases in different violations of law. What a common man can expect from the legislation that is assumed to be the greatest pillar in a democratic country?
