Supreme Court of India ordered status quo against Anti-Encroachment Drive

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi issued an order for Anti-Encroachment Drive for Jahangirpuri, where people were residing illegally without papers and permission. The bulldozers were sent to remove the illegal construction in the Jahangirpuri area. The illegal construction also covers the Mosque of Jahangirpuri which should be demolished.

The government decision was breached by the Islamic Extremists, who were earlier involved in the crime of stone-pelting and firing during a Hindu religious procession was passing out from that mosque. Some of the accused were arrested and fired a bullet at the procession, Ansar and Aslam. 

Some Islamic organizations are continuously working to disturb the peace of society. The party leader Asaduddin Owaisi and others have tried to provoke the Hindu community without knowing the consequences of the provocation.

The Supreme Court hear the case today and said “we will take a serious view of all demolitions that took place after the Supreme Court decision was communicated to the Mayor,” further said it would take up the case after two weeks.

While the comment was being made in the case, Supreme Court told that a “Particular section of society is being targeted.”

We all know who is living under the threat of being evacuated from the country and who will left. If we look at the numbers in the production ratio of Muslims we can expect what will be the situation of Hindus after 100 years of now.

West Bengal, the Muslim majority dominant area is now the supporter of Anti-India, and many times the state has proved its intention that tends toward terrorism. This time, Mamata Banerjee uttered the slag words and tried to provoke a specific community against others “We don’t want to bulldoze. We don’t want to divide the people, we want to unite the people. Unity is our main strength, culturally you will be very sound if you are united.” Said ANI after converting from Bangla.

Whatever Delhi Corporation has started in Jahangirpuri under the name of Anti-Encroachment Drive should complete as soon as possible because we do not want any illegal construction that promotes illegal activity and support Anti-India ideology. The demolition under Anti-Encroachment is not aimed to any community or religion and hence the demolition may includes any religion and community.

I request the apex Court of India to complete the investigation of checking the orders of Anti-Encroachment released by Delhi’s Municipal Corporation and allow the government body to remove illegal construction in the area.

An Indian will never accept the ideology of murdering the sentiment of Bharat Mata as some Muslim Extremists do. Our constitution has the provision to accept every religion and belief in the ideology of Fraternity and love but it does not mean the Muslims will use sentiment against us and will the country.
