The variant detected in Gujrat is a recombinant of a variant of two Omicron strains BA-1 and BA-2, the subvariant was detected on 67 years-old men who tested positive, as told by officials. Authority is still finding some new cases for studying the nature of the XE variant.

The World Health Organization (WHO) said that the XE variant was first detected in the UK on January 19 and more than 600 sequences were reported and confirmed since then. Whereas other variants showed various symptoms like fever, sore throat, scratchy throat, cough, cold, etc. The symptoms of the XE variant might differ from person to person as per their health. Vaccination status will also matter for the effectiveness of this variant.

If we see the previous record of India dealing with Coronavirus was wonderful as compared to the other countries like China and America. We have the world’s largest population and completed the largest percentage of vaccination in the country that helps people to fight with the variant.

China is fighting with Corona Virus and the situation went as worse as the financial city of China Shanghai imposed a strict lockdown and closed all the education buildings like schools and colleges and converted the study from offline mode to online mode.
