Honey is very important for our health and hence we should take it regularly, why?

Nature has given us some wonderful ingredients and, honey is one of them; it is a sweet fluid that is made by honeybee with the extracted fluid of the flowers. Generally, about 320 types of honey are available which are also different in color and taste.
