Honey is very important for our health and hence we should take it regularly, why?
Nature has given us some wonderful ingredients and, honey is one of them; it is a sweet fluid that is made by honeybee with the extracted fluid of the flowers. Generally, about
320 types of honey are available which are also different in color and taste.
Raw honey has been used in Indian culture for its meditative property and also many yogis prescribed honey as a supernatural food. This also may be the reason why we offer honey to god statue.

Honey has always been a major part of human health and hence it has been used by our ancestors since an early age.
Honey tastes like sweat which contains mostly sugar and is also mixed with amino acids, vitamins, minerals, iron, zinc, and antioxidants.
