Clashes over the different regions have always been a high concern topic for the government of India and hence it never gives clarify over it.

Recently a Muslim girl was barred by school principles to enter school by wearing a hijab and practicing any other religious practices in the schools.

The principal also told that there should not be any such practice under the premises of the school. The base of such saying is that the school or any other educational institute is not a place such as a temple and church or Masjid which are perfectly constructed for such practices.

Here in India and under its constitution, the right of the practice of its religion has been given to every minority, and similarly there also has been told that any educational institute or any school will not look in the casting and religion and will not differentiate any students on the basis on such blocs.

The minister of the state also has commented the Hijab as he said that wearing Hijab in an educational institute is not legal and hence she should not come by wearing any such religious practices with her.

The state Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on Thursday said that both wear of Hijab or Saffron shawls in school or any educational institutes are not allowed and he said “educational institutes are not a place for for religious observance.”

He also added

“Schhol is not for religious observance and children should not come to school to practice their religions. These are temples, churches, mosques for prayers, and religious worship. We are free to do anything there. Students must learn the culture that we are all children of Bharat Mata (Mother of India). What happens when student won’t get the sacrament of ‘Unity of the country’ at school. One should think on it,” said by Jnanendra.

The education minister over the matter said “we didn’t want the education institution to become the war field of two communities. It’s sacred place and every student should feel equal. We took a clear stand that this should not be done at the premises of the institution.”
