The Congress party is seen as a complete attacker on the Hathras Gangrape Case case. On Thursday, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, who left for Hathras from Delhi, were taken into custody by the UP Police. Greater Noida had saw a scuffle between UP Police and Congress workers, during which Rahul Gandhi also fell on the ground in  scrimmage

When the convoy of the two leaders reached close to Greater Noida at some distance from Delhi on Thursday afternoon, the police stopped them. After this, Rahul and Priyanka left for Hathras along with thousands of workers. Let the administration seal the borders of Hathras and impose Section 144, in which the political mercury is high. 

The police told Rahul Gandhi that he will not let you go further, arresting you. Rahul told the police that I want to go alone. After which the police said that I am arresting you under 188 times. 

The police said that under 188 you cannot go with the crowd. Rahul Gandhi asked the police why we could not meet the afflicted family of Hathras? 

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were stopped on the Yamuni Expressway while going to Hathras. After which he left for Hathras on foot. The distance of Hathras from the expressway is 142 kilometers. 

In view of Rahul and Priyanka's Hathras tour, security was increased on the Noida DND Flyway. Also, Police Intezamia sealed Hathras border and Section 144 has also been implemented in the district.

The horrific Hathras gang-rape incident with the girl named Manisha Valmiki occurred on 14 September. According to the family, the girl went to the farm with her family to cut the fodder.

After some time, the girl's brother returned from the farm while she continued to forage in the field with her mother. The girl was some distance away from her mother at the farm. After some time, the girl's mother realizes that her daughter is not on the farm. When the girl's mother started looking for her, the victim was found in an unconscious state in another field. 

The family has accused four youths of the village of the incident. The family alleges that four to five men attacked the victim from behind and pulled her from a dupatta and took her to a millet field and gang-raped her in turn. The girl's neck was badly injured in this incident.
