Impeachment of Donald Trump : What Does An Indian Law Student Thinks About It?

Playing text to speech

This is the view of Avinash Singh, a law student who has a keen interest in USA politics and with a talk to him recently here is how he sees the ongoing US Donald Trump impeachment process.

This is the third Impeachment of a President in the history of the United States. If I were to say something, I would see Impeachment as a whole rather than going for Political or Economic issues. Mr. Trump is purely a diplomatic man, he seems to be supporting the business class people always. Unlike, the ex-President Mr. Obama, he is not taking his country as a whole.

Also, Trump has shown repeatedly that he is unfit for office through the misuse of his Political powers. He has broken plenty of other rules in his presidency. He is also not good when it comes to his character as it is seen many times that he is using coarse language about women. He is a pure businessman, paying hush money to an alleged paramour and there are 3,500 legal cases against him.

He should have been impeached and this point is so strong because he gets to remain in his office even with the corruption that he did.

As Barack Obama established a good relationship with different countries, unlike him, his relations are very narrow. Obama was actively taking part in United Nations meetings and he was taking care of the terrorism also. But these Presidential qualities are absent in Mr. Trump.

In my purview, any president as Trump or any else should be put on tests and trials enough afore the selection and crowning be convened and any hearsay or afterthought, once he or she is enshrined and inducted on throne, should not impact at such an extent that a nonconfidence motion be empowered at such an empathy that the person sitting on the throne itself be evicted or image portrayed to its extent and an apex portfolio as such is defamed.

Its defamation is just not only the defamation of a person on the crown but the issue of invasion of trust of the crown itself.

It is therefore in my conscience a stage of extreme apathy and pity as a developed nation at the capacity of the US to experience such an angle when it's supremo at self is on the short node of himself proven and justify itself of being debarred of impeachment.
