You will be amazed to hear that, at present, about 900 government schemes are actively working for the upliftment of public. Yes, it is true. 900 schemes which could cover almost whole of India’s population, if implemented properly and with no corruption. The government is doing all its effort to support people but the facilities couldn’t reach to the public. It is just because of those who are the in-charges for implementing these schemes.

It’s not always the government’s fault. Government is doing its part, but the problem is arising when the things come in the hand of lower authorities. The automation of all these schemes has not even shown the good result or reached to the maximum people. It is obvious that the huge population of India is deprived of basic education, then expecting them to apply for the scheme through online is just like a kind of joke. So, the government has taken the step further to sort out this problem as well.

The government looked for other option but right now it is in the experimental phase. The option government looked for is named as “Basic Income Earth Network” (BIEN). This scheme is currently in the discussion phase in India, whereas, many other countries are also looking for experiment over this proposal. It is a scheme which supports not only the selected people or those who applied for this facility. It is a scheme which undertook each individual of India in it. This proposal will transfer money to every person’s personal account directly.

It will support every individual financially and try to makeover the condition of poor and needy people. But here the question arises, is it a solution to help people or it will make youth more lazy and inefficient? Every scheme has its positive as well as negative points. But the important thing is to analyze whether the positive effects are more than negative or not. The evaluation of this will be a huge and complex task.

The most important thing is the implementation of the scheme and covering every individual under the scheme. As there are many places in India which don’t have the basic facility and we are talking about having a bank account for every person. It would be a difficult task to implement, but the government is being very open-minded and always open for suggestions from the young generation of India. As we all know, there is always a scope of improvement in almost everything.

So, the important thing will be to wait for the scheme and interested people can give their opinion in the open debate.
