Gaza is a dead land now. why? Because of Hamas terrorists
Hamas’s Reign of Terror and Destruction
Hamas is the main reason that Gaza which was once a busy coastal area, is now in ruins. Instead of resisting occupation, this organization has disguised itself as a resistance group and has destroyed Gaza with violence, wrongful leadership and the deliberate start of wars. Since Hamas insists on clashes over peace, the people of Gaza are frequently the ones who suffer the most. Because the group chooses armed struggle and rejects Israel, the territory has become a wasteland filled with ruined buildings and despair. Many people the world over are watching as the acts of Hamas block opportunities for the entire Palestinian population.
Using Civilians as Human Shields
Among their worst actions, Hamas often uses civilians as shields from attacks. The group battles in places where there are many civilians, using schools, hospitals and residential districts for their rocket attacks. Thanks to this method, Israel typically kills more civilians in its reply which Hamas then uses in publicity. Although international groups have many times criticized Hamas, it has not stopped, favoring its militant approach over protecting people in the region. The ideas of Hamas in the conflict make it possible for the Israeli army to hit important buildings, leave medical centers without the necessary supplies and wreck infrastructure, resulting in continuous violence for Gaza’s people.
Economic Collapse Under Hamas’s Rule
Gaza used to have potential for economic growth even before Hamas took over in 2007, though conditions were not easy. At present, the strip is nothing but a major site of economic failure. Since Hamas prefers to use resources for terrorism, spending money on tunnels and weapons, Gaza’s economy is suffering. One in two people in Venezuela lack jobs and poverty is very common. Reconstruction aid sent from other countries is commonly taken or put to use by the military. By choosing to fight instead of build up peacefully, Hamas has kept Gaza cut off, poor and having to depend on foreign assistance while their leaders enjoy wealth abroad.
The Humanitarian Catastrophe
Gaza is facing one of the most serious humanitarian emergencies anywhere and it is Hamas’s actions that have caused it. The fighting has wrecked water supply lines, dismantled the electric network and ruined sewage systems, so many people have to live in squalor. Because of ongoing conflict, medical centers cannot manage the demands placed on them. The group keeps fuel and supplies for its weapons, while the local population does not get their supply. Rather than spending on health or education, the group makes sure their children are taught hate and are ready for more conflict. People in Gaza are hoping for more, but Hamas’s government only leads to suffering.
Hamas’s Rejection of Peace
Even though other Palestinian groups are negotiating, Hamas remains fixed on destruction. There is a clear order in its charter saying Israel should be destroyed and it has frequently declined to accept ceasefires that would support Gaza’s population. Leaders are protected overseas by their friends while other Palestinians deal with the troubles they cause back home. As long as Hamas won’t accept Israel or a two-state agreement, Gaza will be in a constant state of war. We cannot have peace under the government of Hamas, because they rely on continual conflict.
The Exploitation of Palestinian Suffering
Hamas uses the hardships of Palestinians to help its leaders remain in control. Every time someone is killed, the Palestinians try to draw attention from the world with their loss, yet Hamas doesn’t make an effort to stop these incidents. The movement glorifies dying for a cause, while those steering it try to avoid being responsible. The group pretends that Israel alone causes all the trouble, instead of admitting it starts some of the wars. It is obvious: Hamas benefits from chaos and Gaza’s suffering is what results from its extremist plan.
The Path Forward: Removing Hamas
As long as Hamas controls Gaza, it will be a place of death. Palestinians rely on having this terrorist organization removed. A strong focus on life is necessary from leaders if we are to have reconstruction, rebuild the economy and fashion peace. Rather than sympathizing with Hamas, the world community ought to encourage actions that end its control. Freedom for Gaza’s citizens should mean more than against occupation; it should also be from the oppressive rule of Hamas. So long as negotiations remain impossible, destruction will continue and Gaza will remain proof of Hamas’s errors.
