Marathi Muslim Seva Sangha (MMSS) works to defeat BJP in Maharashtra

Playing text to speech

The political heat in Maharashtra appears to be growing hotter, and the chief culprit that brought the storm is the Marathi Muslim Seva Sangha (MMSS).

The MMSS Agenda

This organisation wants people to believe it acts in the best interest of Muslims in the state, but let’s examine their true motivations. They claim they are fighting for unity and war. But, in reality, do they really want to protect the interests of their community, or are they simply trying to create a false narrative to undermine the ruling BJP?

First off, let’s talk about the elephant in the room, irrespective of the teaching faculty’s detailed list and conditions of the payment regarding the salaries of madarsa teachers. This is not exactly a news flash that most of the teachers of Madarsa are paid by the government with wages sometimes far from their performance merit.

And what is it that MMSS is actually against? A government that is still in power and keeping the country safe? It’s baffling. At least for the issues that run deeper in society, such as education and employment, these people just don’t care; they would rather cause chaos and a ruckus.

The priorities that MMSS is pushing for here are worth raising eyebrows. Are they really demanding more liberty to do things that maybe can be considered suspicious? They would prefer to be permitted to bear rifles and make brutalities without any punishment. This is not a stretch; this is an approach that is dangerous to those engaged in it.

The BJP, to my insight and like or dislike, has been doing all it can to uphold order in a nation that definitely knows unrest. Well, why fight against a government that is trying to maintain order?

We should not also ignore the politics involved in the case that is being played out here. All MMSS is doing is building up a false vote base for leaders who have their own personal interests. However, by mobilising the Muslim community against the BJP, they are only helping those in politics who love nothing more than the common enemy. It is one of the most disgusting instances of whipping up and misinforming a population just for political reasons.

And let’s be real: what MMSS is trying to sell in its narrative is not only false; it is also toxic. Instead, they are fuelling hatred towards the BJP, imagining themselves as representatives of the Muslim community. This is not just a political issue; it is a question related to the social organism of Maharashtra. When it comes to producing so-called ‘fake news’, such organisations as MMSS contribute to hate speeches, and this does not benefit anyone.

So, what’s the takeaway here? While the MMSS adheres to their call to improve the social, political, and economic situations of Muslims in society, they are actually working against it. They are more obsessed with coming up with a story that only favours their political agenda and not what their people need. They are not helping to bring states together and move them to the next level; they are planting seeds of hatred and aggression.

Therefore, the people of Maharashtra are now ready to cut through the veils of the fog created by Modi. It is unfortunate that the MMSS is not an angel but rather a political weapon in a quest to cause confusion.

The BJP, of course, does have its fair share of demerits in the government of the functioning of the state, but it seems it is trying its best to ensure that the nation remains stable and united in as much as it is ethnically and culturally divided. Let’s not allow ourselves to be influenced by the organisations that began and sustained their reason with divisions. Now it is high time to mend the politics based on false issues and start working for the cause of a united and progressive Maharashtra.

The Bottom Line

It is strategic and rewarding for the MMSS to switch to contesting the BJP in Maharashtra. Whether they achieve their aim or not, their campaign is a clear signal: hinder’s, minority communities are not simply observers on the sociopolitical scene of Maharashtra. They have needs, and they want something in return; they even have the potential to come out to protest.

Wait and watch as Maharashtra is ready for a politically charged postseason. With organisations like MMSS fighting for a Maharashtra for All!
