Within the confines of Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza , patients and medical professionals are currently unable to leave due to Israeli encirclement. In response, they have taken the initiative to excavate a collective burial site for the deceased patients.
There were around 100 decomposing bodies trapped inside without any means of extraction in Gaza. The Palestinians trapped indoors have also expressed that there was no organized strategy to rescue infants, despite Israel's announcement of providing portable incubators. After the unfortunate deaths of three infants, there are still thirty-six surviving babies in the neo-natal ward.
- The situation at Al-Shifa Hospital is critical as Israeli tanks are approaching and surrounding the premises. According to the Palestinian Ambassador to India, the hospital is facing a shortage of fuel which is alarming. Tragically, six children in incubators and another six in the Intensive Care Unit have lost their lives.

Shelling has caused a mass exodus of thousands on both sides.
