• On February 14 2023 Rahul Gandhi delivered a speech, in the Lok Sabha during a debate on the Motion of Thanks to the Presidents Address.
• While addressing the Opposition benches he made a gentle gesture resembling blowing a flying kiss.
• Many people perceived this gesture as disrespectful towards both the Parliament and the Opposition.
• The BJP and other Opposition parties strongly criticized Gandhis gesture. Demanded an apology from him.
• However Gandhi defended his action by stating that it was merely a way to express his affection for the people of India.
• He clarified that he directed the flying kiss, towards the citizens of India not specifically aiming it at the Opposition.
• Furthermore he emphasized that he had no intention to disrespect either the Parliament or the Opposition.

Smriti Irani  indirectly criticized the act suggesting that only a man, with an attitude towards women would make a flying kiss gesture towards parliamentarians. She highlighted this behavior as indicative of the values held by Rahul Gandhi family and party. Smriti Irani emphasized that such conduct had never been witnessed in Parliament before and the BJP has raised concerns about its appropriateness labeling it as " behavior."

During sessions Rahul Gandhi often surprises Prime Minister Narendra Modi  with arms or even blows a flying kiss. In response his political opponents in the BJP don't hesitate to launch attacks against him his family and even his ancestry.

One might wonder why Rahul is so focused on love and claims to be running a "store of affection." Political experts argue that this is an attempt to change his image. It is certainly a calculated decision, with consequences that go beyond perception or image building.

A group of women MPs, from the NDA  recently wrote a letter to Speaker Om Birla expressing their concerns about an incident involving Rahul Gandhi, the MP from Wayanad, Kerala. They highlighted that during a session in the House Rahul Gandhi displayed behavior and made gestures towards Smriti Zubin Irani, who's both a Union Minister and a respected member of the House. 

BJP leader and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad expressed his disappointment by saying, "Rahul Gandhi is blowing flying kisses. What is wrong, with him? There are women present here. Doesn't he have any manners? We are deeply hurt by his actions."

It is extremely unfortunate that Rahul has again engaged in behavior, especially within parliament premises and directed towards Smriti Irani. His continuous unruly conduct, whenever he takes stage, is truly disgraceful.

It all began when Rahul initiated his campaign, against the Modi government regarding the Manipur violence during a No Confidence Motion debate. He mentioned Adani, which seemed unnecessary. He persisted in criticizing Adani which became annoying for anyone listening. Following his speech Smriti Irani launched a counterattack against Rahuls remarks.

After her response, Rahul immediately headed toward the center of the House. Gestured a flying kiss toward Smriti Irani. This is something unbearable; no one can tolerate such inappropriate behavior from a leader who has already received warnings in court and has recently been convicted. Unfortunately, Rahul continues to engage in foolishness without restraint.

Now all female MPs have lodged complaints against Rahul for his behavior and television channels are repeatedly airing footage of Rahul's actions.

In my opinion it is extremely unfortunate that Rahul has again resorted to actions this time, within parliament and directed towards Smriti Irani.

It is highly likely that he blew a flying kiss. It is more likely that upon seeing Rahul blowing the kiss Smriti believed it was intended for her. She became upset.

It seems like the flying kiss was intended for the Speaker, who had not given Rahul a chance to speak during the Adani debate under pressure, from Modi.

When Rahul met the Speaker on the day of his request the Speaker told him "Aapne mujhe bahut takleef de diya " expressing his discomfort.

Rahul in an attempt to reconcile with the Speaker blew a flying kiss towards him.

However, Smriti saw an opportunity to use this incident to her advantage. None of the members witnessed it. Hema Malini even denied seeing Rahul engage in any action.

Smriti made a fuss about it initially. Soon withdrew when no one supported her including the Speaker.

It is truly disgraceful how this individual consistently acts unruly whenever he takes the stage.

This all began when Rahul launched his campaign against the Modi government regarding Manipur violence during a No Confidence Motion debate. He brought up Adani unnecessarily. Continued criticizing them which was quite irritating for listeners. In response Smriti Irani delivered a counterattack against Rahul's statements.

After her rebuttal Rahul immediately went towards where Smriti was sitting and gestured a flying kiss towards her from, within the House.It's absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable that a leader, who has been warned times, in court and recently convicted continues to exhibit terrible behavior. Sadly Rahul persists with his foolishness without any restraint.

Now all the female MPs have filed complaints against Rahul due, to his actions and the TV channels are repeatedly broadcasting his behavior.

I strongly believe that strict action would be taken against such a stupid and ridiculous act.
