Why is Yoga become so popular

Playing text to speech

There are many motivations behind why yoga is becoming well known today. One thing is that, like a barometer, your body reveals fundamental information about you. It reveals everything about you if you watch it correctly.

Not the fancy notions you might have, but the actual facts. Your thoughts are too deceitful; It says something different every day, but if you know how to read your body, it will tell you everything exactly as it is, including your past, present, and future. Fundamental yoga, therefore, begins with the body.

The only system that has endured for more than 15,000 years without a papacy or authority is yoga. Nobody has ever put a sword around someone's neck and said, "You must do yoga," anywhere in human history.

Because it has functioned as a process of well-being unlike any other, it has endured and continues to exist. Even though it is taught in a very basic or even distorted manner today, it persists. Yoga has been around for thousands of years and continues to gain popularity, unlike many other things that are subject to shifting fashions.

Another factor is that people of all ages are experiencing unprecedented levels of stress. People are anxious and neurotic, and whatever means they use to cope with their internal turmoil—dancing, going for a drive, or climbing a mountain—have all failed to provide them with a solution. It makes perfect sense to turn to yoga.

The widespread dissemination of education is the primary factor contributing to yoga's growing popularity. We have more intellect than ever before on this planet. People seek logical solutions as their intellect grows stronger.

Technology is the result of science, and the more logical they become, the more dependent they become on it. Yoga is not a sport; It is a centuries-old method of achieving well-being and ultimate freedom. Over time, more people will turn to yoga, making it the most common means of achieving well-being as the intellect's activity grows in strength.

Because yoga is not about exercise, it must be practiced in a very subtle, gentle manner rather than forcefully building muscles. There is an entire memory structure in the physical body. Everything—how the universe came to be from nothing to this point—is written into this physical body if you are willing to read it. Yoga is an approach to opening up that memory and attempting to rebuild this life towards an extreme chance. It's a very scientific and subtle process.
