Anti-India ULFA Using China's Land For It's Mission

According to the latest updates, the Central Government has claimed that ULFA (I), which promotes extremism in the North East, has found refuge in China and from there this organization is doing anti-India activities.

In an affidavit in Guwahati's anti-illegal activity tribunal, the Union Home Ministry claimed such a thing that ULFA (I) chief Paresh Barua is in Ruili in Yunnan province, China near the Myanmar border. It is reported that Barua is operating the operation base and training camp of his organization from the Sagaing division of Myanmar. 

On the other hand, according to the affidavit filed by the Assam government in the same tribunal, many ULFA (I) camps in Lungmark, Taka, and Nilgiri have suffered a setback, many cadres have left the organization.

Assam also handed over a list of 8 locations of the Sagaing division where the organization of Barua is set up with the help of NSCN (K). Now it is worth knowing what kind of tricks this organization can do from the land of China.

Preparation for the attack through darknet 

The tribunal has been told that ULFA (I) is preparing technical for Darknet ie cyber attack, for which it has recruited a new army of IT experts. This has become a major headache for security agencies. On the basis of all the documents filed in the Guwahati High Court tribunal, it has been demanded that this organization should be declared illegal under the UA (P) Act. 

Earlier also, the Ministry of Home Affairs had proposed to declare this organization illegal for five more years because the activities of this organization threaten the sovereignty and integrity of the country. It has been told in the affidavit filed earlier that ULFA (I) has recruited militants through Facebook and other social media networks and ULFA's publicity wing is tricking the youth. 

What is anti-India propaganda? 

This organization is continuously carrying out antics against India. Sometimes it creates an atmosphere for boycotting the elections, sometimes challenging Indian democracy and making other rebel organizations stand against India. Not only this, in 2018 this organization created another new organization "ANMMMTA" which is active in all the states of North East. 

It has been told that the ANMMMTA organization works using social media, print and electronic media to prepare people for rebellion against the democratic governments of India. Also, fund arrangements to carry out extremist activities. Barua himself supervises this organization completely. 

Where are the whereabouts of ULFA? 

The organization's council has its mobile headquarters in Taka, while the general mobile headquarters, training center and UG camp are in Lundmark. The TOI report states that the Nilgiri Camp of the organization's council is in Naimung Basti. The UG Camp is the place where the ULFA hides its weapons, explosives and weapons. 

The headquarters of ULFA's Eastern Command is in the Hyatt Basti area of ​​Myanmar, bordering the Mon district of Nagaland. The Arakan Camp and Operation Camp, known as Brigade Camp, are located in Papung Naga Basti, where some groups of the organization are present to carry out attacks in Assam. There are recruitments in the equal organizations from Yunnan province of China and extortion and violent activities are taking place along with the provision of weapons. 

With the help of Myanmar's Meitei terrorist organization and other terrorist organizations, Barua's organization is committing crimes such as looting, smuggling of weapons, and realities of security agencies.

The report also says that the Chindwin River which flows along the India and Myanmar border is important for the UG camp in terms of transport from India to Asheli.
