Apple is going to open its online store in the Indian market today (23 September). The domain of Apple's online store would be https://www.apple.com/in/shop. For information, let us tell you that this domain has gone live. However, the product has not been listed on it yet.

Apple's online store will be offered a complete series of the company's products for the first time to customers across the country. This initiative will help Apple to take advantage of festive demand. Apple said that the new online store will provide customers the same services as the Apple store spread across the world. 

For information, tell that till now there was neither an Apple store nor any customer care of the company. Apple's online store will also have a locker contact center in addition to the company's products. For the first time, Indian customers will get the facility of customer care of Apple. 

It was told that the delivery of the product purchased from Apple's online store will be contactless. The good thing is that students will also get special offers in this store. 

According to the information received, only Apple products will be available at the online store. However, later third party accessories can also be included in this. For its online store, the company has partnered for payment options like UPI, cash on delivery.

Apart from this, Indian customers will now get customer support and guidance directly from Apple. Apart from this, you can exchange any of your old phones and get a new iPhone of Apple. You can also avail the facility of AppleCare + with store-bought products. The warranty of a product can be extended for two years through Apple Care Plus.
