Meditation Pose

Lion Pose

One of the most amazing poses is Lion Pose. With the jaw facing down, take out the tongue and take it down. After that, pull the air in the mouth and make a lion-like sound. Repeat this process five times. This will help to lengthen and strengthen the facial muscles.
