In such a situation, China is a big challenge in front of the Modi government. India will have to devise effective strategies on the political, diplomatic, economic and commercial front to safeguard its interests. Solving the border dispute with China is a major challenge before the Modi government. 

The government's fiscal deficit has increased due to the slowdown in the country's economy. When Prime Minister Modi was in the last days of his first term, the country's economy had started derailing since then. The GDP figure was constantly falling. Due to Corona, GDP has fallen down even more rapidly.

Corona has destroyed this declining economy even more. Reserve Bank Governor Shaktikanta Das's estimate of GDP negative has proved to be true. The country's economic situation has become even more staggering, which is having an impact on everything from jobs to business. Despite all efforts to increase the pace of sluggish economy, the Narendra Modi government has not got much success so far. 

The challenge before the Modi government is to control the fiscal deficit and simultaneously cash flow to create demand in the market. It has been tried. It is also mentioned in the corona relief package of 20 lakh crores, but this money are not enough.

In the coming days, the economy is a big challenge for the Modi government for at least a year. Modi government will be challenged to work on many fronts to bring the country's economic system back on track, speed it up, and achieve a high growth rate. 

At present, inflation in food items has increased and GDP is continuously going down. Demand will be affected by rising inflation, in such a situation, the challenge is to bring the country's economy back on track.
