Scientists looking for life on other planets have been a big success for a long time. They found signs of life on the clouds of the planet Venus. Actually, a gas named Phosphine has been found in the clouds there.

This gas formed by the mixing of phosphorus and hydrogen is also found on the earth, such as this gas is very important for the bacteria living in the intestines of penguins. In the same way, this phosphine gas is found in marshy areas. It is being speculated that there can be life on the planet, Venus, as well. 

Cardiff University researcher Jane Greaves and her team took the help of the Hawaii Island's James Clerk Maxwell Telescope, as well as the Chilean Atacama Large Millimeter Erie Telescope, and continuously monitored Venus through them. 

During this time, scientists found the presence of phosphine gas in the clouds there. Scientists feel that there is a lot of possibilities that this gas will be in a huge amount in Venus. This study came in two scientific journals - one is Nature Astronomy and the other is Astrobiology.  

Now they understand why the presence of a special gas in the planet's clouds is making scientists so excited. Actually, this is because gas has a direct relationship with life. The chemical formula of phosphine gas is PH3, that is, it is made up of 1 phosphorus and 3 hydrogen molecules. 

It is a colorless gas that smells like garlic or rotten fish. Many times it is seen as the evil cousin of ammonia, although this gas is related to life. This means that scientists are speculating that there may be life on the planet, Venus, too.

By the way, there are very adverse conditions for life on the planet Venus. For example, the surface temperature here is about 464 ° C. Also, the pressure here is more than 90 times that of the Earth, due to which humans are believed to be impossible to live there either in the present or near future.  

Due to its temperature, it is called the hottest planet in our solar system. Venus' atmosphere is predominantly filled with carbon dioxide. The heat of the sun enters it but cannot escape. In this way, it takes the form of a furnace. It is such a hot planet that we cannot send any human mission to it.  

At present, we do not even have any special technology through which we can remove any probes on the surface of this planet. By the way, the US space agency NASA is working on two plans for the planet Venus so that it can get maximum information. NASA has named these plans as DAVINCI and VERITAS.  

There are many other features of this bright planet. Like, its distance from the Earth is about 400 million kilometers. If someone moves in a vehicle with a speed of 1000 kilometers per hour, it will take about four and a half years to reach Venus. At present, the matter of reaching this planet is not being considered, but it is being studied continuously with binoculars. 

However, there is a thick cloud cover around Venus, due to which it is difficult to see its actual surface even with the help of a powerful telescope. This is the reason why in the recent study it was seen with the latest telescopes of Hawaii and Chile.  

If compared to the day of the earth, then the length of one day of Venus is considered as 243 days. While he completes the orbiter of the Sun in 225 days. There is no satellite of Venus. Research in the Netherlands suggests that Venus has a powerful magnetic field. When Venus passes between the Sun and the Earth. Then its magnetic field exerts its influence on the charged particles coming from the Sun to the Earth.  

At present, scientists are very enthusiastic about the presence of phosphine. However, much research is needed on whether this is happening or why. They themselves believe that due to the presence of phosphine, it is confirmed that many chemical processes are taking place on the surface of Venus. 

In an article in Nature Astronomy, he told that the origin of phosphine on the planet can be from unknown photochemistry or geochemistry. Or there may be some other reason for this, which is to be ascertained at present.
