What are the methods of two-factor authentication?

Security key is also available in the market for two-factor authentication. You can use it in any email service or social media that supports physical security. After entering the password, you will have to install security, only then you will get access to the account. 

App-Based Authentication - Google Authenticator is an app that you can use for multi-factor authentication. You can add Facebook, Insta, and other accounts by installing it in your phone. 

Whenever you log in to these accounts from another device, after the password, you have to copy the code from the Authenticator app and enter it. 

Apart from all these, the option of email-based authentication and recovery code is also available. Under the recovery code, you are asked to save code. In case of forgetting the password, you can use it to access the account.
