Seeing the complexity of the case, the Central Bureau of Investigation is talking about getting a polygraph test of Rhea Chakraborty. Hopefully, this test will make the difference between Rhea's truth and lies a little easier. Know, what is this test and how will the secret unfold.

Through these tests, a variety of techniques are used to catch a person's lie. The cardio cuff is also called sensitive electrodes and is applied to several points of the accused's body to check for changes in blood pressure, breath or pulse movements, blood flow, and sweat glands.

The purpose of this technique is to check whether the accused is telling the truth or a lie or he does not know the answer to the question. 

Chemical technology is used in the Narco analysis test. In this, the accused is given an injection of sodium pentothal drug so that he reaches a state of hypnosis and his imaginativeness is almost stopped.

In this situation, since he cannot imagine, it is believed that he is telling the truth. This drug is also called 'Truth Serum', which is also used as an anesthesia in some cases of surgery. 

For this, the first person whose test is being done also has to take consent. Only then can the test process begin. Also, it is important to make sure that the person who is being examined is mentally and physically healthy. 

In the 19th century, an Italian criminologist, Cesar Lombroso, during interrogation, built a machine to check the difference in blood pressure of the criminal. A similar technique continued to be worked out and in 1914 American psychologist William Marstrand made similar but somewhat advanced machines, followed by California Police's John Larson in 1921. 

The results that have been revealed about these tests in the history of the world have not yielded 100 percent accurate results, so their reliability is not completely trusted.

These tests are used as a help in solving the case in India, but there are legal provisions for this and these tests cannot be done without sanction. Recently these tests were conducted in the Unnao rape case of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, these tests were conducted in May 2017 in the case of Indrani Mukherjee, accused in the murder of her daughter Sheena Bora. 

Earlier, these tests were done in the case of Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar, accused in the Noida's famous Aarushi and Hemraj murder case. There was an uproar when a video of his compounder Krishna related to narco test was leaked.

By the way, let us tell that this murder case remains a mystery till date. At least the polygraph test could not help. This is the reason why many people are raising doubts about this matter of CBI.
