Some people often say they mean thing of "Do not take it personally" and yet harm others by saying, abusing, cursing, or might even do physical damage towards the body of the person (let it be male or female). So the question arises if it violates "Personal Rights" or not?

We need to first understand the term "Personal Rights". According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, personal rights are defined as "rights appertaining to the person".   

Among personal rights are associated with rights to protect and safeguard the body, most obviously protected by the torts of assault and battery.   

It can be both personal as well as physical as it is broadened in nature and simply states that one's honor and reputation shall not be harmed in whatsoever case. Personal rights are distinctive in nature from the Fundamental Rights which are enshrined in the constitution or citizen charter of UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Charter).  

It is also altogether distinctive from the Natural Rights which are guaranteed to us by birth and If we are to set sure a new beginning then personal rights should also be considered seriously as per the law especially in countries like Saudia Arabia and the People's Republic Of China which does not see it's own citizens as humans so how can they give "human rights".    

Now it is should be taken for confusion with "personality right" which clearly means the right to publicity by using any person's name, image, work, or brand for commercial purposes by seeking their permission or by paying for it.   

If my personal rights are violated? This question needs to be addressed as not every law of the land ensures personal rights safety unlike the United States Of America where you might be able to get the first amendment which allows you to take up a licensed arm in order to protect yourself.

Personal rights are for everyone's personal life and it is high time that the atrocities in which a person by the so-called selective society should be met with proper justice giving action. Then if we are to make sure our girls and boys of the next future are given personal protection against any physical or mental attack, harm, or damage.   

Even if anyone abuses you without any reason then surely you can also raise your voice against it and demand for personal rights and If someone slaps you out of enmity or biased, then also you will be liable for any personal right.    

People are so fast to claim for any copyright infringement but when it comes to personal rights we cannot find anything suitable by just mocking this tendency and ask for demanding personal rights! so next time If anyone says this shitty thing to you" do not take it personally then just reply back with "what If my personal right is violated ?"
