School Online Education Needed For Nation Building

In this era of the Corona epidemic, the biggest challenge is facing education. The classes are lying vacant. The face-to-face learning method has become irrelevant. The path of online learning is being worked out, but due to technical difficulties, it is difficult to reach everyone. Although online learning from schools is being conducted in the same way as in-school education, there are still many hurdles in achieving the goal due to lack of resources.
Online teaching work starts in the schools in the morning, in the morning. Where the mobile network is fine, or there are mobiles, laptops, computers, etc. according to the number of children in the houses and parents are also interested, and the problems are not very much, there is still a lot going on correctly, But where there are many siblings studying in the same house and naturally everyone has the same class time, and only one mobile phone, the problem is very serious there.
This problem remains more complex in Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Schools. This system has come under question because some poor education institutions do not have the ability to buy smartphones and laptops. This important task of online learning is not taking tangible form due to a lack of efficiency of teachers in the technical field.
Teachers have been giving face-to-face education till now, so no departmental training of any kind has been given to them to face the new challenge. The Education Department, however, has realized this shortage, and under this process, an online course on Action Research in Education is being started to impart primary level training to teachers. This training is going to start in collaboration with the Central Institute of Education Technology and NCERT i.e. National Council of Education Research and Technology.
The biggest hurdle in online learning is the lack of communication. There is no harmony in the dialogue between the teacher and the students. In such a situation, it has become a one-sided system, whereas teaching work is a bilateral process.

It must also be understood that the education system of the country will be as teachers. Therefore, to make the education of the country quality, technically skilled and qualified teachers are most needed. Education is not an object that can be used to earn or to enrich itself, but it is a process of infinite importance for individuals and society.
In this era of globalization, education has had a direct impact on the wide-ranging social, economic and technological changes. The role of education has also changed over time. Now schools are no longer the only center of education. Various tools of education are helping students in learning. In a way, these tools are reducing the importance of the teacher.
The use of technology is increasing. Today, as young children are also getting acquainted with various forms of digital media, online learning is helping them, but their readiness to interview the teacher is getting reduced. In such a situation, the importance of both quality education and technically skilled teachers has increased.
New versions of knowledge-giving technical gurus are also coming, which are shaping the entire education process. This has a direct impact on the traditional role and relevance of teachers, and the easy to read content in digital format on all subjects is easily available.
Teaching is also taking the form of a vocation like other fields. Being a teacher finds a place in today's young choice because it is no more attractive in terms of enlightened and tired eyes.
Marketing has taken both the process of education and teachers under the purview of temptation. Teachers are also craving to improve their standard of living. Many teachers are busy in other work of earning money by neglecting the normal classroom and school life. Today there is a pool of qualified teachers for quality education. The dignity of the teacher is decreasing day by day.
The country needs quality education to get ahead in the global competition. On the one hand, while there is a problem of unemployment among the youth, there is a lack of qualified youth for government jobs. There were 68,000 posts advertised by the Uttar Pradesh government for the recruitment of primary teachers, out of which many posts could not be filled because the qualified candidates were not found. Such situations are happening due to lack of quality education.
Maintaining the quality of education has become necessary for national reconstruction. The nationalist governments of the state and the center should take concrete steps in this direction.
The nation is built-in educational institutions only. In the changed circumstances due to Corona, the entire structure of education will have to be rethought, only then can the imagination of India cremated through education come true. This work is the task of national reconstruction. Laxity in this means pushing the entire generation back. The ambitious goal of national reconstruction can be achieved by removing the barriers of online education.
