Change In US Policy Against China

Playing text to speech

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that the US will have to take a different route with respect to China. Their economy was helped to open up with the belief that it would achieve greater political freedom, but the previous policy did not work.

Pompeo told Washington Watch's Tony Perkins in an interview that opening more economies would lead to greater political freedom, granting more fundamental rights to the Chinese people. Its principle was not true. it did not work. I am not criticizing those who came before; But now we can clearly see that it did not work. This means that America must adopt a different path.

Pompeo said that President Donald Trump has laid out that path very clearly. He said, 'He is the first president and it is not partisan. Before him, Republican and Democrat presidents allowed China to have a trade relationship with the US, leaving Americans with jobs. Now we can not only see that it did economic damage to America but also did not treat people inside China properly.

Now the US policy against China is clearly changing with the fold of the current geo-political scenario. The US Navy has enjoyed threats from China's state-controlled media fueled by the deployment of American aircraft carriers in the South China Sea. Retweeting a threatening tweet from the Chinese government media Global Times, the US Navy said that despite this, they are still stationed in the area. On Sunday itself, the Global Times threatened the US by tweeting a picture of China's missiles.

The Chief of Information of the US Navy tweeted that two of our aircraft carriers are patrolling the international waters of the South China Sea. Having fun, the US Navy wrote that the USS Nimitz and the USS Ronald Reagan are not afraid of our conscience. Amid tensions with China, the US Navy has deployed two of its nuclear-powered aircraft carriers to the South China Sea.

Earlier, US Navy Lieutenant Commander Sean Brophy reported that US Navy aircraft carriers USS Nimitz, USS Ronald Reagan and four warships are conducting day and night operations in the South China Sea. By conducting exercises both day and night, the US Navy is giving a strong message to China against any daring. The Chinese Navy of these days is also conducting exercises in this area.

These aircraft carriers are considered a symbol of American naval strength worldwide. The US has said that the purpose of this exercise is to help every country in the region to fly, pass through the sea area and operate according to international laws. America has started this exercise in the South China Sea at a time when the Chinese Navy is also conducting exercises in the same area. The Navy of China has been engaged in maneuvers near the Paracel Islands for the past several days, threatening Taiwan and other neighboring countries.

Now the United States of America does not only believe in releasing statements but also do an action which is a positive sign but was, unfortunately, it was absent during the previous government of Barack Obama who is no doubt a left-leaning person if not openly then surely silently. Let's see what further series of action Trump administration takes against Communist China.
