In India, e-challan was implemented for the easiness of the people. However, taking advantage of this, individuals are still getting challan penalty. Still only a few numbers of people are paying their e-challans. Taking this in mind, Thane Police has told that the anyone who have not filled the e-challan of their vehicles will be confiscated from December 1.
