Amazons effort to make Alexa more powerful is exciting because AI assistants are getting better at doing things for us. They are not just answering questions anymore. If Alexa can understand what we want and do things on its own it will save us time. Our daily life will become more convenient.
We need to be careful with this kind of AI. It will have access to our stuff and do important tasks. So our privacy, security and accuracy are very important. A smart assistant is only good if we can trust it.
I think this is a step, for AI. It shows that AI will not just talk to us. It will help us in our life. Alexa and similar AI will become like an assistant. Overall AI is moving in a direction. It will make our life easier. We will be able to rely on it to get things done.
