Kolkata Rape Case: Why Mamata Banerjee is Hiding the Accused

Playing text to speech

What Happened?

Doctor Moumita Debnath, a trainee was found lying naked, motionless on the ground of her workplace after the seminar. Shattered dreams, broken pelvic girdles, disfigured limbs and smashed pieces of specs inside her eyes leaving her bleeding incessantly. Her parents were told she had self-slaughter and were denied contact with her dead body for a constant 3 hours.

Highlighted Points

  • 150 grams of semen inside the body, while a fit man can produce around 10-12, so the work of more than 12 men
  • Some people might be her co-workers or how could this act take place so swiftly:
  • A woman is an enemy to another since one of them was the accused's girlfriend.
  • The dean of RG Kar Medical College, Sandip Ghosh was transferred the other day to Calcutta National Medical College

Mamata Banerjee’s statements to the girl

  1. The girl was characterless
  2. She was a woman and had a body(obese), so it’s okay to happen
  3. The accident is just a small incident
  4. The girl is trying to ruin the government's image
  5. Kids would have some fun like this, and that’s fine
  6. The girl had love affairs and was pregnant as well, so she died because of sickness

If India too had strict laws like other foreign countries, these rapists and murderers would just get shaken up even at the thought of doing such heinous crimes

Why is the accused being protected?

The claims on the state government, especially West Bengal CM Mamata Didi for being responsible for not only a collapse of public order but also ruining their government party is terrible but true. It is her track record for always supporting the guilty not the sufferer, due to her dirty politics game theory. This time she has used water cannons and tear gases to disperse the protestors at Howrah Bridge, to protect them. Her statement, “Police are looking into the matter. I don’t have any complaints against the students or the agitating doctors. But certain political parties are trying to foment trouble. If you go through the video, you will see what happened.

Vandalism is a shame to the society

West Bengal Governor, Ananda Bose supported the protest by claiming he was against this act, which is shameful to society. When he paid a visit to the hospital in headlines, he was shocked by the condition. He spoke to the agitated doctors there and arranged for their security, especially for the women. He claimed to the students “I am with you and we will work together to solve this. I assure you justice. My ears and eyes are open.”

We Need Mamata’s Resignation

Due to the chaotic situation of the state and the crimes that were silently handled coming to eyes, the Bhartiya Janta Party demands that Mamata dissolve along with her party. During the brutal assault, no one was there was safety, but during the following strikes, rallies, and most of all election all safety measures were taken care of. All of them hide in the shadows of CM, only to emerge after having the damage done, which is thus a gross dereliction of their duty! Instead of owing up their mistakes and repenting, they are like scapegoats to the government and themselves as well. BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, “INDIA Alliance only supports and protects corrupts.”

A Police report: One of the arraigned, Civic Volunteer Sanjoy Roy, was arrested soon. It was claimed that he was addicted to pornography, violent porn videos were the contents of his mobile
