The benefits of hyperthermia for back pain
Hyperthermia is an effective treatment for back pain because it promotes blood circulation, allowing nutrients and oxygen to reach the joints and muscles. This circuit helps repair damaged muscles, relieves inflammation, and relieves back pain. Any form of heat therapy can help relieve back pain. However, heating pads are ideal because they are convenient and portable. They're also electric, so you can use them anywhere in the house, like lying in bed or sitting on a couch.

There are no hard or fast rules about how long a back heating pad should be used. It all depends on the degree of pain and resistance to heat. However, if the heating plate is used at a high temperature, remove it after 15 to 30 minutes to avoid burns. At a lower setting, you can use the hot plate longer, maybe an hour. 

Be careful during pregnancy
It is safe to use a heating pad if you are pregnant and have back pain. Long-term exposure should be avoided, as overheating can be dangerous to the fetus. This can lead to neural tube defects or other complications. It's more likely to happen in a hot tub or sauna, but be careful. During pregnancy, use the heating pad at the lowest temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Because heating pads reduce pain signals and increase blood circulation, using the pads after pain or stiffness occurs will speed healing.

 Types of heating mats
There are several heating pads for back pain. Includes a standard electric heating plate that offers multiple heating settings. Infrared heating pad options are also available. Precautions and safety instructions
Heating pads are effective for pain relief but can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Here are some safety tips to avoid injury. Do not apply a heating pad or heating gel packs directly to the skin. Wrap it in a towel before applying it to your skin to avoid burns. Do not use a heating pad to sleep.
If using a heating pad, start on the lowest setting and slowly increase the intensity of the heat. Do not use heating pads with cracked or broken electrical cords.
Do not use a heating pad on damaged skin. 

When will it be hot and when will it be cold?
Warm compresses are not recommended for any type of back pain. Relieves chronic pain and stiffness associated with arthritis and other muscle or joint disorders. However, if you have recently suffered a back injury, cold compresses are more effective because they can constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling, which can lead to dull aches.

Use cold compresses for the first 24-48 hours after the injury and switch to heat therapy to promote blood flow and healing.
