There's another connection between the Mistry family and the Tata's is Cyrus Mistry's sister Aloo has been married to Ratan Tata's half-brother Noel Tata. He graduated in civil engineering from the Imperial College of London in 1990 and also had an MSc in management from the London business school in 1997. In 2012, he was appointed as the chairperson designate of Tata Sons and Ratan Tata and Mistry used to have good relations until 2016. But in October 2016, he was dethroned or removed from Tata Sons due to a major trust deficit and it was not acceptable for the Tata group to bear such a deficit from its biggest stakeholder. There were certain disagreements between him and the Tata Sons board members over the functioning of the company and certain decisions taken by Cyrus Mistry to which he did not agree. In October 2016, Mistry along with his two firms filed a case of oppression and mismanagement against Tata Sons and 20 others including Ratan Tata. And after a long legal tussle between the two business tycoons, India's topmost court eventually ruled in Tata Group's favour.

According to officials, all of them were not wearing seat belts at the time of the accident and this proves that it was all their fault for non-accepting traffic safety rules. This is a serious case of carelessness, ignorance and negligence by the people who were present there as we all know that wearing seat belts while driving a car is a must for drivers as well as for the passengers also to keep them safe and secure. After this incident, people were trying more to aware people of the importance of following traffic safety rules, how much we need to obey these kinds of rules to prevent the loss of lives and to secure the lives of their loved ones from getting destroyed as these kinds of mishaps are not only hazardous for the person who is injured but it directly involves the related family also into this tragedy by victimising them and making them more vulnerable. So in order to avoid this kind of incidents, one should strictly obey the basic traffic safety rules implemented in one's area and should also try to convince other people to follow the same.
