Playing text to speech

A personality disorder is a type of mental disorder characterized by rigid and abnormal patterns of thinking, functioning, and behavior. People with personality disorders have difficulty accepting and coping with situations and people. This causes serious problems and restrictions in relationships, social activities, work, and school.

In some cases, you may not realize you have a personality disorder because the way you think and act seems normal. You can blame others for the difficulties you meet.

Personal disorders usually start with adults or early adults. There are several types of personality disorders. Some types may become less noticeable in middle age.
