Why should we eat Vegetables?

Everywhere we look, the food we eat is moving further and further away from nature. Supermarket shelves are full of processed foods with hard-to-pronounce preservatives and additives. Cheeseburgers and fries for dinner if you don't buy food from the grocery store.
