Playing text to speech

A priest has been killed by the two gunmen in Pakistan after returning from Sunday Prayers.

Minorities, in most democratic countries, live in the apprehension of extinction of the community. International Human Rights Commission released a warning advisory with the context to a surge in the number of deaths of the minority in the world. More recently several attacks have been witnessed in Pakistan. In 2018 the case of Asia Bibi is the best example of extinction and again Pakistan showed the crucial face to the Minority of its country.

Pastor William Siraj, was the priest of the church in Peshawar, Pakistan. He is no more as he was killed by the attackers who fired many bullets on him and this resulted in his death. This is not the first time such an incident happened in Pakistan over the Minorities and specifically Christianity. In 2013 similar massacre was happened and several people died in a twin suicide bombing outside a church.

The above words are showing the fear and concern related to the extinction of their religion Christianity including others in Pakistan. They must also realize that they are living in a country full of terrorists on the roads and the country is promoting terrorist activities in the world hence it has been placed on the black list by the international institution.

International Human Rights Commission has also released a report which shows the extinction of the minorities in many democratic countries. The subject of Minority and concern related to protecting them have been always raised in international meetings and conventions but the result is not contentious.

Including the church in Pakistan, the Hindu religion is a minority in Pakistan is suffering the danger in its community. The religion of Hindu is also in danger from the dominance of Muslims as many Hindus have been forced to convert their religion into Islam. The Hindu Religion festival celebration in Pakistan is banned and if any Hindu is found while celebrating the festival they are to be punished by Pakistani Islamists.

Such terrorism activity is giving an inciteful message to the society of any democratic country because the word democracy is itself expressing the freedom of religion, caste, race, and education. When any country’s minorities are killed it’s a clear sign of murdering its own country’s soul. The courts of Pakistan are not able to protect the minorities from the murders and this promotes such incidents to take place. Pakistan has a long history of such incidents, it has lost its belief in its citizens.

The International Court of Justice (Hague) should look into the matter of priest killing and the extinction of minorities in Pakistan. To read more such views Tune in to MindStick YourViews Section.
