Recently hearing in Supreme Court in the case of arrest of Arnab Goswami.

The Supreme Court woke up in Arnab Goswami harassment case and said that the way the state is harassing Arnab Goswami.

And by the way arrested, it is a very serious matter. You cannot arrest Arnab Goswami.

The Supreme Court also took notice of the Secretary of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and said that I do not think that 'The Supreme Court thinks that Arnab Goswami will get justice in Maharashtra'.

Therefore, the Supreme Court, a very senior lawyer Mr. Arvind Datar was appointed to the post of Amicus Curiae, who would give every report to the Supreme Court on Arnav Goswami's case.

Advocate Kapil Sibal was severely reprimanded by the Maharashtra government's lawyer and many times his speech was stopped.

And when the Supreme Court asked on what basis you arrested Arnab Goswami.

Tell us that base as well and show that evidence to us, then even the voice of Kapil Sibal did not come out.

The Supreme Court clearly stated, why did you not give any prior notice of arrest to Arnav Goswami.

You went to his house at in the morning with 200 policemen and the way you kicked in front of his minor child, old mother, and wife, opened the door and caught Arnab with his belt,

It clearly shows that you are a Want to scare people with malicious feelings.

The Supreme Court warned the Maharashtra government that it should work within its limits, the Supreme Court will not allow the fundamental right of any person to be violated.

Kapil Sibal even argued earlier that why Arnav Goswami's lawyer Harish Salve has gone to the Supreme Court when the matter is in the High Court.

Then the Supreme Court said that any person ever coming to the Supreme Court is a fundamental right and the way you are going to put cases on one Arnab after another,

on the family and minor children, in such a situation. The court will not remain silent.

These are some of the questions that are coming to my mind again and again : -

Is Arnab Goswami really a professional criminal?
Can no person directly question any person (leader) sitting in power?
What to question is such a big crime?
Are the courts here only for criminals and terrorists,
and for the common man, "democracy or constitution" comes under threat.

I am a normal citizen of my country - and from this incident, I understand that "our savior has become our eater(हमारे रक्षक ही, हमारे भक्षक बन गए हैं)".

This incident is enough to stifle the confidence of the common man in the law of the country.
