OUR EDUCATION VS JOB
Playing text to speech
India is consider as young country because 34.33% of population are youth.Either they are asset or liability it is decided by the standard of education given to them .We as a country are not producing intellIgent and skilled graduate .If we leave some higher colleges like IIT AND IIM'S then most of the institution are not able to fulfill company's standard and level .Our education is theory based which work's on route process .It forbade us to making mistakes .We are never told about the concept money .There is very big gap between our education and practical world .Most of the student don't get job of their choice due to lack of proper skill and expertise .One of the study says that many student don't even pay education loan from their salary .Our education system is so old it is not appropriate for current need.Unemployent is the result of our education system .Due to our education system today youth become burden for our country because they don't have skill and knowledge which industry and company wants .we can take lesson from our neighbour country china where human resources are so well taught and tained that other countries give their project to china . Education is the backbone of any civilization and it should be updated according to the need and demand of society .Decades has passed but still we are reading same syllabus which has no use in real world .This is alarming situation we can improve it by taking following steps :
1:Reduce theory part and increase practical part .
2:Remove some subject which has no use in today scenerio
3:Students are given more choice then to choose maths ,bio and commerce
Our youth are so intelligent that they are raising our head in every country eople like Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadela are at the top positons of MNC's .If we are given good education we can beat any country and become super power .
