As a smartphone Technology has improved my use has steadily increased and I work from my phone, I take pictures of mine and I keep up with my friends.
To be perfectly honest, I wish I use my phone less. I know it distracts me from the more important part of my life.
And when you spend several hours a day looking at a screen-and most of us do-it can negatively influence the health of your eyes.
