How to be confident and look confident...

Think about it, you could know what smile works for you? what makeups work for you? what your best angles, but if you don't bring all these skills with confidence. If your body language is not screaming confidence how good are these skills?
Here I am telling you some tips which help you to look better and to feel more confident by getting over your shortfalls. The tips motivate you to find the next level of your potential but take this today's tips as the mother of all.
Let me take you beyond those basic steps to look confident anytime anywhere, beat photos, parties, office, dates when anyone turns around they have got to be thinking damn this girl knows her game.
Tip no.1- 'smile' now who hasn't heard about this one. But there are different kinds of Smiles, that can either make you break your personality,
curvy enthusiasm on this one because if you're overdoing it, it is going to look fake and creepy and fix mine gives you a headache, not advisable.
So keep it genuine, keep it simple and where is the subtitle. Use it when you are working, when you are listening to someone,
when you are talking to someone keep that as a natural part of your body language and squinch a little with your eyes squinching is when you pull your lower lid closer to your eyeballs,
it looks far more natural than a wide eye smile and it definitely ads that warmth to your smile.
Next tip is 'stay positive'
If something is negative in your life it shows on your face, and sadness in your mind, this shows on your face because your mind controls your face but did you know you can actually reverse this game.
Let your face be the leader even if you are sad here, you are down here, you are negative here, change your facial expressions, do fake smile, I know it will feel very unnatural.
Listen to happy music, that smile will actually start reflecting on your thoughts and they will change just like a negative thought can change your expression and your face.
Your face has the ability to change the expression of your mind. It is a very very powerful weapon you should try it, this is why I say do not take that smile lightly when your thoughts are positive you think positive about yourself.
If you see somebody looking at you, you think they are looking at you for good reasons, but when there is negativity,
here you will think everyone looking at you for wrong reasons and then you start going in a shell, you want to hide in a slouch, you want to look smaller.

And this brings me to my next Tip 'your body language'.
Once you feel good about yourself match it with good body language, pull yourself up, open up your shoulders.
When I say open your shoulders, do it with an intention to take more space, would you take more space you are showing more of yourself.
Now compared to somebody who is less confident about themselves, you to shrink, you collapse, you hunch, you become smaller, you don't want to be seen, that is not a quality of a confident person.
So make sure you are not shrinking yourself, walk big and tall, show more of yourself.
You might have started following a lot of these points, you will notice that dressing up well, ironing your clothes, a little bit of makeup, styling your hair will be magical to your confidence.
Always dress up well, look presentable, it adds that rhythm to your work that echoes confidence, confidence, confidence. It's got nothing to do with very expensive branded clothes.
