So, if you have faced a problem of 100% usage of CPU, disk drives like you can see in the picture below then these steps which I am going to discuss below will help to solve the antimalware service executable problem.

Although, there are many ways to solve these problems but here which I am going to share below is the most effective way. So follow all the steps carefully.

 In the start menu type task scheduler and then click on the result appear on the scroll bar.

Then on the left side click on the task scheduler option to expand it then open the path given here: Library/Microsoft/Windows/Windows Defender.

Once you open the folder through path given above now double click on windows defender scheduled a scan, located in the middle area.

Click on the conditions tab, uncheck all the option and then click Ok. This will clear all your scheduled scans and windows defender will scan none of the files.

So to protect the system you have to schedule some new scans. Remember to reduce the CPU usage, schedule only important files to scan.

To do this click on windows defender scheduled scan then select the trigger tab and click on new scans.

Now add only important scans that protect your system and reduce your system usage too.
