Does his age allow him to perform tirelessly well during the whole tournament?

Many critics say that he is not fit to play as he is getting older. But the way he performed in the recently concluded One-Day Series against Australia, and pronounced the ‘Man of the Series’ was tremendously awesome and was a silent reply for the critics that for him age is just a number, Cricket is in his blood. He is a complete combination of hard work, dedication, patience, and a quality performer. And now, he is at that stage of his career where people judge him after each of his performance. But his performance always does the talking with all these critics.

Many a time he has been the savior for the team India, where he just snatch the win for India from the hands of the opposite team. He did exceptionally well in his career and carved a rock solid place for himself in the Team, especially at that time when the team is having a huge brand kind of names in the team. He is a very talented and experienced player and deserves all chance to play for India in the 2019 World Cup. It’s not about that a senior player is taking any newcomers opportunity. It’s just that making a decision about who is more deserving and experienced to face all the situations. As well as, in the whole tournament there will be many matches to be played, and if the Captain Cool doesn’t perform well then he can be replaced by the newcomer. It will not only give them the opportunity but also make a friendly environment and maintain an enthusiastic scenario in the team.

Being a fan of Dhoni and the Indian Cricket Team, it would be great to see Dhoni playing for India in 2019 World Cup. He deserves every chance to be in the playing eleven. It will not only strengthen the batting line-up but also, adds the experience and guidance for the team. His presence in the team will be very helpful for young players to perform well in front of the opposition team. Likewise, the novice captain Virat Kohli will also be needing a bit of expert advice from Dhoni during the critical period of the match, and Dhoni can handle such situations very well.

So, I would say, he deserves all the chance to play in the upcoming World Cup and guide the team to come out as a winning team.
