Physical Body, From birth till, the first seven years of life, the physical body (sthula sharir) sole is built up. Rest six bodies are in seed form.
Etheric Body, the bhawa sharir (the etheric body) grows. This 2nd seven years is the time period of emotional development of the person.
Astral Body, the sukshma sharir (the astral body) evolves. In this body reasoning, thinking, and intellect is grown.
The mental Body, the manas sharir, the fourth body- the mental body is developed. Some wonderful experiences begin with the Mental body.
The Spiritual Body, the spiritual body is “atma sharir” – is of mighty significance. If development in life continues in a pertinent way.
Cosmic Body, This is the sixth body- Brahma sharir. The natural duration of the development of the cosmic body is between the ages of 35 to 42 years.
The Nirvanic Body, is a stage of bloodlessness, an incorporeal state. This is the final situation only the void outstays.
