  • Thе Kashmiri Pandits arе a Hindu community who havе bееn living in thе Kashmir Vallеy for cеnturiеs.
  • Thеy wеrе forcеd to flее thеir homеs in thе еarly 1990s duе to a wavе of violеncе and pеrsеcution.
  • Many Kashmiri Pandits havе bееn living in еxilе еvеr sincе, in Jammu, Dеlhi, and othеr parts of India.
  • Thеrе havе bееn calls for thе Kashmiri Pandits to rеturn to thеir homеs, but thеy havе bееn rеluctant to do so duе to sеcurity concеrns.
  • Thе Indian govеrnmеnt has madе somе еfforts to facilitatе thе rеturn of thе Kashmiri Pandits, but thеsе еfforts havе bееn mеt with mixеd succеss.
  • In rеcеnt yеars, thеrе havе bееn somе positivе dеvеlopmеnts, such as thе opеning of a transit camp for Kashmiri Pandits in thе Kashmir Vallеy.

TheKashmiri Pandits have a rich heritage, with roots rooted in the valley floor for over 5,000 years. It cannot be destroyed or erased by any power, especially by unleashing terrorism or malicious campaigns. But the basic reality of today's Age of Enlightenment is: There are no Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir today. Reality is sometimes harsh and strange. A native of Kashmir, Kashmir his Pandit lives in exile in the modern age of reason and enlightenment. The forced exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990 to bring about motivated ethnic cleansing will go down in history as a continuation of the persecution andgenocide faced by the indigenous Kashmiris for hundreds of years. It will be. The atrocities reached their peak during the despotic rule of despotic kings.

Forced relocation in 1990 devastated Kashmiri's Pandit He community physically and mentally. Many social organizations worked independently day and night to provide assistance to the displaced. In a tolerant, benevolent and in many ways cruel caste-state of India, the displaced and prominent Kashmiri Pandit community were born flesh and blood refugees  and pushed aside to protect themselves. In today's world, it's nearly impossible to survive as a unique community until the exile is rescinded and physically returned to the valley. They work tirelessly to protect their particular socio-cultural unit. Your battle continues. It will take a long time for community leaders to present, on their own terms, a considered view on the eventual resettlement of the entire Kashmiri Pandit community in Kashmir.

From 1989 to the present day, Kashmir Pandit groups in one way or another have devoted much of their time to the mission of restoring the honor and dignity of the Pandits. At the political level, no one at the prime minister, the home minister or even the bureaucratic level bothers to demand action to restore the dignity and honor of the Pandits and come up with a viable policy. A time-bound plan for the return of exiled communities.

A home gives you security and tranquility and, more importantly, calmness.

Is it possible for my older cousins, who are now married with children and successful businesses, to give up their businesses and live in Kashmir where there are no opportunities?

There is only blood.

Now is the time to take action and return this beauty to theKashmir pandits

Kashmiri Pandits should not just go home, but they must go with dignity. Our government must pay for what the Warrior Clan saw in the 1990s.

Below are my suggestions.

  • Every Kashmiri Muslim who came of age in 1990 faces a trail of murder, illegal property acquisition and incitement to riots.
  • No one is innocent, every Kashmiri Muslim who came of age in the 1990s must face the guilt of being mute at least in the 1990s.
  • Those found guilty face ten years in prison in the south. Land redistribution is required.
  • Reservations were given to the Kashmiri Pandits and those already in government were to get their jobs back.
  • Kashmiri Muslims should be heavily taxed for economic recovery.
  • Above all,Article 370  must be implemented
  • This is our ancestral land. We are not ashamed to accept that we share a lineage with you. Well, in the 80's we did a terrible thing with you guys in the major leagues.
  • All I can say is that I apologize from the bottom of my heart for what my seniors have done. I know that no amount of apology will lessen your pain or feelings of betrayal, but that's the least I can do, and that might be the start.
  • You may never feel at home in Delhi or Bombay, but Kashmir will always be your home. No matter how hard you try to be a diliwala, haryanabi or maharati, these people will never accept you as one of them. It may not be nice to hear that, but they always make fun of you behind your back and say all sorts of bad things about you.
  • If they do not return, they will perish as a nation. Their sons and daughters are already married to non-Kashmiris at an unprecedented rate. If this continues, the community will soon disappear. Only your memory will remain and we will not allow an integral part of Kashmir to disappear.
  • You lose your language, and with it you lose your culture. Very few young people in KP speak Kashmiri. If you lose your words, you lose everything.
  • After all, you can look for opportunities anywhere, anytime, all over the world. They are smart people and effective managers. You don't have to leave your home permanently for this.

There are now countless Muslims living in different parts of the world, working as businessmen and having established professions, but they all call Kashmir home. you can too.
