The youth in India dream of themselves to become an engineer and earn a decent salary package. But the pool of graduate engineers results in the acute talent shortage in the IT and data science ecosystem in India. The Lack of programming skills in graduate engineers is adversely impacting the IT and data science ecosystem in India.
