Women’s don’t feel comfortable talking about this topic with their family and the worst thing is, the Indian society looks it as a Curse for women’s. No proper hygiene and precautions were considered. After making so much improvement and [development](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/248/divya-kumbh-mela-renovation-of-prayagraj) in various fields still, Menstruation is considered as a topic over which no one like to talk freely. Especially in rural and conservative areas, this can be seen very easily. ![Period. Still, the word Period is considered as a taboo in the society. \ At one hand, **where women’s are taking a step forward for their self and not risking their lives by using dirty cloth piece, rugs, and other things**. Whereas, on the other hand, a **woman stepping inside the temple causes a big issue and facing threats from the so-called guards of the god and the temples**. It is really very difficult to define and understand that, where we are standing. We are the country which is one of the fastest developing countries and has a large army of the [young generation](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/271/is-young-india-conservative), still, these cases depict that we are lacking behind as a society. ![Period.
