According to the survey studies about 70 percent of farmers are unaware of this Kisan Credit Card facility. It becomes very difficult to decide whose fault is in this. Is it government’s fault that they didn’t reach to maximum farmers and educate them? Or is it farmer’s fault that they take the least interest in knowing about their rights and various facilities?
