How to Grow Dragon Fruit in a Pot in the Terrace Garden

By Khushi Singh

Use a deep pot (15-20 inches) with drainage holes to support root growth and prevent waterlogging.

Select a strong dragon fruit cutting and plant it in sandy, well-draining soil mixed with compost.

Install a trellis for climbing and place the pot in a sunny spot (6-8 hours of sunlight daily).

Water moderately, allowing soil to dry between watering. Use organic fertilizer monthly for healthy growth.

Trim excess branches for better fruiting. Harvest when the fruit turns bright pink in 1-2 years.
