1- Choose your base oil: May depend on body to body with different nature of skin types. Ex Coconut and Olive

2- Add Essential Oils: Select oils that are good for reducing stress like Lavender, Peppermint, Chamomile and others.

3- Mix both oils: Take 1/2 cup of base oil and add 10 to 15 drops of essential oils in a container
4- Give Slight Heat to Base Oil: Allow both the oils to mix properly for which you need to give slight heat to the base oil
5- Do the Necessary Stain: Stain it if you are adding more herbs with fine mesh or cheesecloth to ensure a smooth oil
6- Mix Extra Natural Additives: Add natural additives like Alovera oil, Vitamin E Oil, and Jojoba Oil for the hydration of the skin
7- Place it in a tight Container: Once it is prepared store it in an airtight container to maintain its freshness and property-rich
8- Testing of Oil: Once it is made just apply little oil to check first the smooth working on the body. After ensuring that apply it freely
9- Massage the Oil: Now you can use the oil for the massage or add some tablespoons to bathing water to reduce your stress
