Steps of doing Suryanamaskaram

Hastauttanasana (Raised Arms Pose): Inhale, raise arms overhead, and arch back slightly.

Padahastasana (Hand to Foot Pose): Exhale, bend forward, and touch your toes.

Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose): Inhale, step the right leg back, left knee bent, look forward.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog Pose): Exhale, step the left leg back, forming an inverted V shape.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): Inhale, lower your body, then raise your chest, and look up.
